- We believe that a major condition for a living democracy is an exchange of views that is based on learning and understanding instead of mere competition. Between and among people and their elected representatives, between and among institutions and organizations and the people they represent and for which they work.
- In our events different views are allowed, accepted and respected. We feel responsible towards the client and the event participants alike. The client has the benefit of an authentic opinion building, the participants engagement is based on the trust that their results are taken seriously and will be part of the decision process.
